US Corporate Tax Senior Manager – London, UK
Our client is a progressive and entrepreneurial boutique specialist tax firm in the heart of London. Due to continued demand for the firms services they currently seek to hire a US International Corporate Tax Senior Manager for their London office. They seek someone who has a breadth of knowledge and experience as it relates to US corporations inbound and outbound tax considerations as well as a strong understanding in the US tax issues faced by private equity firms and as well as venture funds.
You will act as a senior level expert and will be expected to be closely connected with clients and the international tax team both in London and US based. You will have great technical skills as well as an instinct towards client development. This organisation seeks someone who can easily pick up existing client relationships and further nurture and develop those relationships to make them more profitable for the firm.
The ideal individual must have relevant US tax experience; possess an entrepreneurial perspective, sound judgment, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a pivotal role in helping direct and shape the future of the firms US international tax groups globally.
Experience should include the following at the Senior Manager level;
Managing a portfolio of clients including public and privately-held companies with respect to US tax inbound and outbound matters including US tax filing obligations;
Playing a leadership role in the further development of the firms International Corporate tax team including mentoring staff and providing technical expertise as it relates to international tax projects.
